What this site is

Casea Casino NZ is an independent review site about one operator — Casea — written for players in New Zealand. We are not the casino. We do not take deposits, hold balances, process withdrawals or run promotions, and nobody on this site can open, close, verify or refund an account for you. Everything you read here is reporting about a service that belongs to someone else.

That distinction matters when something goes wrong. If your withdrawal is late or your bonus has not credited, the only party that can act is the operator's own support desk. What we can do is explain the rules in plain English, show what the terms actually say, and tell you where to take a complaint if support stops answering — see Dispute Resolution.

How we are funded

The site earns commission when a reader opens an account with the operator after following a link from these pages. That is our only source of income: we do not sell advertising slots, sponsored posts or placement in any comparison on the site.

Commission is paid on registrations, not on ratings, and the people who write and score the reviews are paid a salary rather than a share of it. The full arrangement, including which links are commercial and what it changes for you, is set out on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

Who writes here

Reviews and payment testing are written by Nadia Thackeray, Senior Reviewer for payments and withdrawals, based in Nottingham, with six years in iGaming. She opens real accounts, deposits her own money and times every withdrawal before a brand gets a score on this site.

Mobile and app coverage is edited by Maeve Underhill, Editor for Mobile & Apps, who checks each release on current Android and iOS builds rather than repeating the operator's store listing.
